KAGE LAB

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how KAGE LAB collects and processes personal data through projectkage.com, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide when joining the waitlist: your email address and your selected language. We also record the approximate time of your request and the IP address that submitted it, strictly for security and anti-abuse purposes.

Purpose of processing

Your email is used solely to notify you when a new PROJECT is about to open and to send you the related communications you have subscribed to. Your language preference is used to send those messages in the correct language. IP addresses are used to rate-limit the waitlist form and prevent abuse.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit your email through the waitlist form. Security-related processing of technical data is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention

We retain your email and language preference for as long as you remain subscribed to the waitlist, or until you request deletion. Rate-limit records are automatically discarded after a short period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Data processors

We rely on a limited set of trusted processors to operate the service: Supabase (secure database hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery). These providers process your data solely on our behalf and under contractual data-protection obligations.
